Learn how to eat simple and clean deliciously with Chef Ali.

Discover how to cook a healthy dinner under the tutelage of a professional chef as Chef Ali guides you in preparing four delicious courses for clean eating.

You’ll start by making an appetizer of grass-fed beef meatballs with chickpeas, then move on to a classic table-side Caesar salad with a tasty homemade dressing and croutons. Then dive into the highlight of the evening: learning the secrets to cooking wild Alaskan salmon like a pro. Finally, you’ll end the night with a light dessert of fresh, organic strawberries and mint topped with balsamic aceto vinegar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ali is so friendly and such a fantastic chef. He plated everything beautifully as if it was second nature. When you talk to him you can tell he has a wealth of knowledge from working all over the world and on both sides of the country. His dishes are both delicious and perfectly composed!

Chef Ali was born near the Mediterranean Sea and was inspired by the great seafood off the coast. He attended cooking school in Turkey and then worked for a cruise line where he learned about cuisines from all over the world. Chef Ali later moved to New Jersey and opened a popular Italian restaurant. Drawn to the wonders of fresh Californian ingredients, he then headed west and opened a farm-to-table restaurant in Napa. Chef Ali is now excited to cook with you in the Bay Area!
