Cooking Class - Steakhouse Flavors from France
You'll feel like you're enjoying a steak in France in this internationally inspired cooking class.
Steak and frites are on the menu in this French-inspired cooking class. Learn the secrets to searing the perfect steak with frites and truffle aioli. As a side, prepare a frisée salad topped with bacon lardons and a fried egg. End the class with light and airy crêpes Suzette—flambé and all.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was interesting with good information. The 2 1/2 hr. class turned out to be 3 1/2 hours long. Standing in pretty much one spot on a ceramic tile floor, for 3 1/2 hrs. was a killer for both me and my granddaughters . Stools would be nice. I also paid for 3 people and I believe that I didn't receive enough goodies in our box. That was disappointing. I think that each person should receive their own bus of goodies. I do want to add that our chef was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant .

Food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Wish had option of adding wine.
