In honor of the fall season, this class is all about the ins and outs of working with pumpkin, vegan-style. Chef Ron will demonstrate a menu highlighting how to prepare the ingredient, including pumpkin soup, pumpkin stew, a pumpkin shake and pumpkin pie. Afterward, he will answer all of your questions about eating raw, accompanied by a tasting of each dish.
