Learn to make tasty raw and vegan food with Chef Ron, who will illustrate how via an engaging demonstration format. At the beginning of each class, you’ll get an overview of the benefits of eating raw before he dives into how to prepare it like a pro.

In honor of the fall season, this class is all about the ins and outs of working with pumpkin, vegan-style. Chef Ron will demonstrate a menu highlighting how to prepare the ingredient, including pumpkin soup, pumpkin stew, a pumpkin shake and pumpkin pie. Afterward, he will answer all of your questions about eating raw, accompanied by a tasting of each dish.

I had the pleasure to enjoy chef Ron's food during my last trip to Los Angeles. He is very knowledgable, very passionate about vegan and healthy diets and certainly one of the best vegan chefs that I know. Can't recommend his vegan cooking classes enough.
