You'll start by preparing Vietnamese spring rolls made with gluten-free rice paper. Next on the menu, you'll learn how to cook a signature Filipino chicken adobo with soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. You'll pair it with pancit bihon with rice noodles, and for dessert, round up with a classic Thai sticky rice with sweet mango.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
