Cooking Class - Traditional Japanese Karaage Bento Box

This cooking class features Japan's most popular foods that are always a crowd's favorite. Chef Maria will teach you how to perfectly deep-fry chicken using the right techniques and ingredients.

You'll start by making a refreshing kani salad using imitation crab. Next, you'll learn how to make delicious karaage (Japanese fried chicken) coated in a light, crispy batter. Pair with a classic Japanese fried rice enriched with soy sauce and scallions. And finish up with delightful dorayaki, sweet pancakes filled with red bean paste.
