Cooking Class - Knife Skills - Chicago

What You’ll Do

Learn fundamental knife handling methods and techniques in this knife skills cooking class.

Knowing how to handle the knife will help you immensely in whipping out great dishes born from fine cuts and techniques. When you get hands-on practice in handling various knives and learning different cutting, slicing and chopping techniques, your food naturally comes out tasting better with all the confidence gathered at the cutting board. A Chef instructor will impart all the knife essentials you need to know for an easy and enjoyable kitchen experience every time you step into one!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
