Cooking Class - Seasoning Basics

Learn how to bring out the flavor of your food through seasoning.

Master the art of seasoning in this hands-on cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you how to use freshly ground salt and pepper in your cooking to help bring out the flavors and aromas. First, learn how to ground these seasonings. Then, you'll make a pepper-crusted steak and salted caramel ice cream sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
