Cooking Class - Farm-to-Table Italian
Create garden fresh Italian meals like a pro.
Create garden-inspired Italian cuisine when you join a spring cooking class like no other. You'll create a mouthwatering menu with freshly harvested ingredients. An expert chef will guide you through the process of making herb-infused farfalle pasta, refreshing herb salad and a poached pear in white wine dessert. Channel the essence of spring into your cooking and have fun doing it.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
