Cooking Class - Handmade Pasta with Vegetables

Learn how to turn fresh vegetables into a delicious dish.

Explore the fresh flavors of Italy in this hands-on cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you how to turn vegetables from a garden or the farmer's market into a delicious dish. You'll make farfalle pasta with herbs from homemade dough. Poach pears in white wine for a sweet ending to a decadent meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
