Join a gourmet chef for a cooking class featuring fresh and local ingredients. Experienced Chef will guide you through Italian flavors and techniques.
Start by preparing a fresh kale soup with cannellini beans, carrots and celery. Next up is a Burrata salad with seasonal vegetables and basil vinaigrette. You'll learn how to mix and shape dough into homemade pasta that you'll top with a red or white sauce. Dessert is a rich and creamy goat cheese panna cotta with seasonal berries and edible flowers.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jaime's menu selection was outstanding! The Scallops and Risotto were amazing. To finish off the meal, Jamie made us a lemon pie with graham cracker crust, which was the best I’ve had. Jaime was fun and we loved hearing his stories. We will definitely be doing this again!

Jaime is so knowledgeable and skilled, but still able to put cooking into layperson terms. His food is inventive, tasty and comforting. I have had the pleasure of dining at a couple of restaurants that he worked at, as well as in his home. He is always willing to answer my questions and guide me through his processes. He is also a kind a lovely person whom you will enjoy spending time with.
Starting as a teenage dishwasher from El Salvador, Chef Jaime worked through the ranks, rising to the level of executive chef and learning every facet of the kitchen along the way. The chef’s passion for food resonates in each meal, showcasing the joy and memories each bite can evoke. Chef Jaime loves creating a fun atmosphere in the kitchen and invites aspiring chefs to explore different cuisines and learn something new.
