It's not baseball time, it's baking time! Batter up in this baking basics cooking class.
Your teen's baseball roster isn't the only one with a batter. In this 3-day cooking series, they'll step up to the plate and learn to bake. There will be cake, but summer cooking classes about baking aren't just for sweet tooths. Participants will learn how to make homemade dough for pizzas and bread, with plenty of hands-on experience to keep their minds on the game. The skills they'll learn about time management and organization are as much of a home run as the recipes they'll take with them.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The class was really fun and informative. My girlfriend and enjoyed it as a birthday gift. We will definitely attend more classes in the future.
