Does your child have the palate of someone much older? Help them develop it.

Does your child have the palate of someone much older? Why not help them develop it further with summer cooking classes that feature an introduction to global cuisine! This cooking series isn't for the picky eater. Kids who enjoy new foods will get a chance to explore the signature flavors of Asia, Europe and beyond. Instruction includes recipes that work for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a few ethnic desserts for good measure. Best part? They'll come home ready to show off their recipes in your kitchen.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.
