Five days of foodie fun for young chefs.
Treat your young chefs to a cooking series focused on the flavors and colors of global specialties. Summer cooking classes feature a variety of international recipes for kids to explore their creativity while gaining essential skills. Over five days, they'll practice techniques such as roasting vegetables, simmering savory stews, slicing colorful salad ingredients or steaming pork buns and rice. Each student will go home with a printed menu and a graduation certificate to celebrate their achievements.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Negative stars. Drove 45 min to the class only to find out it had been cancelled. Nobody in our 4 member party had been notified. In fact, since you are sending this review, you must still not know it was cancelled.

What an amazing class! The Chef was super prepared and made our experience seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone considering taking this class. It is also awesome we were able to bring a bottle of wine just like we would when cooking at home.
