Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Global Bites
Teen chefs enjoy a global culinary adventure in this creative, hands-on summer cooking series.
Spending time in the kitchen is fun and educational in this engaging cooking series. Kids ages 12 and up gain confidence and channel their creativity alongside a five-star chef who leads them through a global culinary journey. They'll learn advanced baking techniques, essential food prep skills, and important kitchen safety rules. On the last day, the summer cooking classes end with a challenge where participants create dishes from scratch. Then, each student leaves with recipes and a graduation certificate, plus memories to last a lifetime!
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

The resident chefs at Sur La Table were awesome! So welcoming and friendly. The kitchen space was bright, clean, and perfect for a group cooking setting. The chefs walked through each step, explained everything in detail, and always took the time to answer any questions we had. They also showed us a lot of neat little tips and tricks that we will definitely take back and apply when cooking at home. Great experience and cannot wait to do another class soon!
