Young chefs can join a five-star chef on an engaging culinary journey across the globe.
Calling all young chefs, you're invited to join a five-star chef for a fun cooking series where you'll explore global cuisine. Over five days of summer cooking classes, guests learn about exotic spices and classic international dishes while practicing time-saving culinary techniques and essential kitchen safety skills. They'll steam Chinese pork buns, knead fresh Italian pasta dough and bake German schnitzel. The classes are designed for budding foodies ages 7-11. All participants receive recipes and a graduation certificate.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

The finished product really wasn't all that good and the chef seemed a bit overwhelmed the whole time, but my kiddo had a good time which was the goal. I'd do it again.
