Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Kids: World Cooking
Boost your mini chef’s kitchen skills with this engaging 5-day class.
Give your little chef a course in kitchen fundamentals with this 5-day cooking series which has been specially designed for 7-11 year olds. These sessions will teach kids kitchen essentials including prepping ingredients and food safety, all in an interactive environment. Throughout the course, kids will learn how to create delicious dishes from around the world, from steamed pork buns to fresh pasta dough. Plus, at the end of the week, every student will take a graduation certificate home to celebrate their hard work.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of “we’re learning together” which isn’t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.
