In this immersive cooking class, discover how to bake the perfect artisanal bread. Through hands-on experience, you'll explore the transformative impact of using a digital scale to achieve exact measurements. You'll master the step-by-step process of achieving perfect dough consistency, resulting in golden artisanal bread.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We are very experienced home cooks, 76 yrs old. Jen delivered a fantastic presentation and did a great job with a very diverse group of participants. She improvised several times and provided a great learning experience. WeI would take another class from her anytime.

I took my wife and her sister here . Chef Jenny was amazing and taught us all about the mediterranean cuisine. From the delicious in-house nann bread. To the delicious roasted cauliflower with pine nuts and raisins, and then finally the delicious skewered chicken with a yogurt sauce. Highly recommend this class and the instructor.
