Italian food is loved across the world and this cooking class will help you to become very knowledgeable in aa sub-section of Italian cuisine, Tuscan's delectable dishes. Expert Italian cuisine chefs will guide you through the session with their years of expereince in cooking and teaching. Hands-on activities will makes this a very fun date night. Book a class today!

We cooked pad thai, (tofu peanut noodles), shrimp red curry, chicken lettuce wraps and mango icecream. Chef Olivier was so much fun and well informed. We cook a reasonable amount at home but still learnt plenty from him and made delicious meals. We had more than enough to eat. It was a wonderful date night with another couple and will definitely do this again!

This was absolutely an amazing experience and memorable date night for me and my husband. The Chef was great and fresh ingredients food was an explosion of flavor. Can't wait to try another class.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.

We learned to make dumplings and it was so much easier than we expected! Check O was so great and shared many techniques to make us want to try it again at home!

Chicken Pad Thai. Russell was an amazing tutor. Easy simple to follow instructions. Very informative to alternative ingredients.

Individual versus sharing a cooking station would be better. Having a small separate dining area or at least tables and chairs to enjoy our cooked meal would be great. Dessert should not be served/completed until meal is done and consumed. Overall, fun.

The class was awesome. I can't remember the name of the chef that was actually teaching the class, but I'm guessing it was the resident chef. Either way, my wife and I had a great time learning about making pasta from scratch. It was much simpler than we realized and tasted great. We ended up getting the hand crank pasta maker after the class and are super excited to make our own pasta in the future.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

Yes, was a fun class. Chef was wonderful and great personality and his assistant was nice and accommodating too. Loved the recipes and learning to build & cook them with my friends. Would highly Suggest to have POTHOLDERS available for safety when we are grabbing the HOT Pan handles while cooking- several of us had quite the shock of grabbing a HOT handle with no potholders available.~ especially when it’s connected to a Kitchen Store…? Thanks for teaching me a bit of Chinese cooking ??

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

I think the chef was a little unprepared and disorganized. Also, the chef should circulate through the class more to make sure everyone gets some 1 on 1 time with the instructor. Course was kind of expensive for what little it covered.
