WHAT YOU’LL DO

Make fresh fettuccine from scratch and pair it with classic marinara in this hands-on Italian class.
Join Chef Amira for a hands-on cooking class that brings the magic of homemade Italian pasta to life. You’ll start by mixing flour, eggs, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt to create fresh pasta dough, then learn how to knead and roll it just like an Italian grandmother would. Once your dough is ready, you’ll slice it into beautiful fettuccine noodles.

As the pasta cooks, you’ll prepare a savory marinara sauce made with tomatoes, garlic, basil, red pepper and Parmesan. Sit down to enjoy your handmade pasta and savor a dish that feels straight out of an Italian kitchen. Book your spot and treat yourself to a delicious escape to Italy.
Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.

Chef Amira showed me how to make a yummy cajun garlic sauce. It looked so good! I can't wait to try this one at home on pasta or fish. Sauces are always intimidating to me and she walked me through step by step. If you are in Atlanta I recommend taking a class with Chef Amira!
