WHAT YOU’LL DO

Make fresh Italian pasta in this cooking class with Chef Amira.

In this cooking class, you will make fresh fettuccine from scratch using flour, eggs, olive oil and sea salt before preparing a vibrant marinara sauce. You will knead, roll and slice your pasta by hand while learning techniques for creating tender noodles and a flavorful tomato sauce.

 

You will simmer tomatoes with garlic, basil, Parmesan and red pepper before tossing everything together for a comforting Italian meal. Your pasta will be fresh, satisfying and far too good to keep a secret. Leave with practical skills and recipes you can recreate for weeknight dinners or special occasions. Book your spot today!
