Fold, fill and cook savory dumplings from scratch with a bright citrus soy dipping sauce.
Learn how to make delicious dumplings from scratch in this interactive cooking class with Chef Amira. You’ll craft dumplings filled with a savory blend of ground chicken or shrimp, napa cabbage, garlic and ginger, all seasoned with soy. Along the way, you’ll practice folding techniques that help your dumplings look just as good as they taste.

To finish, you’ll mix up a refreshing citrus soy dipping sauce that perfectly balances each bite. Designed for all skill levels, this hands-on class provides everything you need to feel confident and have fun while learning a new culinary skill.
