Cooking Class - At the Tuscan Table

What You’ll Do

Classic Tuscan cuisine gets a modern refresh in this immersive culinary experience.

Embark on a journey to Northern Italy in this cooking class, where you'll craft a decadent multi-course feast. With roots in "cucina povera", which translates to "poor cooking", Tuscan cuisine elevates simple ingredients into flavorful dishes. Under the guidance of a pro chef, you'll create elegant dishes using ingredients like crusty bread, fresh and aged cheeses, truffles, beef and tomatoes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
