Explore the world of tasty French desserts in this sweet treat cooking class
France is known for their delectable desserts, and we’re here to detail how to make some favorites. This class starts by creating a rich caramel that envelops crisp layered apples that we then top with a buttery pastry, creating a showstopping tarte tatin. Next, we’ll show you how to whisk and fold to bake a perfect soufflé with crème anglaise. Finally, we’ll finish the lesson with Crêpes Suzette — flambé and all.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
