We had a great experience doing the Classic Parisian Bistro cooking class with Chef Shaun at his lovely home. Chef Shaun was pleasant, knowledgeable, and made the class a lot of fun, while still meticulously explaining each step to us. We started out with a beautiful Brie en Croûte for appetizer, followed by a Chicken Paillard with a side of Haricots Verts. For dessert we had the most decadent Vanilla Crème Brûlée. Each dish was on point. We also really liked the fact that he didn’t use a lot of complicated ingredients and kept each dish clean and simple. Highly recommend taking a class with Chef Shaun.

Surf and Turf with Mashed Potatoes and Crème Brûlée. Learned so many different techniques on how to cook steak and my boyfriend loved learning how quick and easy it is to cook crab cakes! 10/10 chef!
