Home gastronomy gets a thoughtful update in this selection of classics prepared with modern flair.

This interactive cooking class from Chef Autumn is your opportunity to update your home dining regimen with imaginative new recipes. You'll transform familiar recipes into elevated dishes prepared with an emphasis on fresh, sophisticated flavor.

Start with a traditional panzanella salad made special with heirloom tomatoes and a zesty pesto vinaigrette dressing. Next, cook classic shrimp scampi given the modern treatment and create tender gnocchi in fine Parisian style and served with mushrooms and crisp bacon. For dessert, bake a bread pudding drizzled with decadent caramel bourbon sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had the absolute best experience with our private chef! She came to our home and guided our group of six through an incredible, hands-on cooking experience. Together we prepared a fresh panzanella salad, Parisienne gnocchi, shrimp scampi, and the most amazing bourbon caramel bread pudding. From start to finish, she was extremely knowledgeable and fully prepared. What we appreciated most was how personally she interacted with our group. She didn’t just throw instructions at us, she truly coached us through every step, making sure we felt confident and comfortable along the way. She created such a relaxed, fun atmosphere that made the entire evening feel special. The final dishes were absolutely delicious, and the overall experience was truly top tier. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an intimate, elevated, and interactive dining experience at home!

Autumn was amazing! She was super friendly and fun to talk to. She lets you be as involved or uninvolved as you want. The food was absolutely delicious. It was a great experience overall, highly recommend.
