Showcase a decadent spread of Italian sweets in a variety of flavors and textures.
Discover the Italian way to make sweets with this trio of authentic desserts from across the pond. Fry up bombolini then pipe them full of a dreamy chocolate hazelnut filling. Bake crispy cannoli shells then fill with mascarpone cream, and of course, layer espresso-soaked ladyfingers with mascarpone and cocoa for classic tiramisu.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
