In this engaging cooking class, you’ll master the art of preparing exquisite dishes traditionally enjoyed during the Tuscan winter. A top-rated chef will teach you how to perfectly sear pork tenderloin stuffed with kale and pancetta. You’ll also learn how to create creamy pumpkin and Parmesan risotto, a refreshing salad and cookies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
