Discover the art of traditional dim sum in this interactive culinary course. Craft soft buns brimming with savory barbecue pork, balancing textures perfectly. You'll also master the creation of steamed dumplings, stuffed with tender shrimp and chives. End your experience with open-faced shumai dumplings, shumai, a savory pork blend.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was not led by Monica but by a young 20 year old. He did a good job. The class was good and the food (NY strip steak and frites with arugula salad) was phenomenal. I didn't love that they put you in groups of 4 because we didn't get to participate in everything. All in all it was a nice date.
