Discover the secrets of making restaurant-quality sushi at home.
Sushi lovers won't want to miss this immersive Japanese cooking class. A professional chef will introduce you to all the techniques, equipment and ingredients needed to create restaurant-quality maki rolls and other sushi bar favorites. You'll learn to steam perfect sushi rice and use a bamboo mat to roll maki filled with seasonal produce, seafood and more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
