Cooking Class - A Stunning Spanish Spread - Philadelphia

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Make a tantalizing array of Spanish dishes from scratch, guided by a five-star chef.

Explore Spanish cuisine by learning all about the techniques and flavor combinations that make it unique in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Stephanie.

Begin by rolling out dough, seasoning a beef filling and baking empanadas. Next, sear chorizo, chicken and assorted seafood for authentic paella served with a saffron aioli, and chop and roast beets with goat cheese, citrus and pistachios before frying up crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside cinnamon sugar-coated churros and a chocolate dipping sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stephanie was fantastic! The event room was cosy, beautifully decorated and funtional as well. She had a fabulous spread of cheeses, meats,etc.. when we arrived and we made our own charcuterie boards. We made many different pastas & helped with a loverly lemon cake and focaccia—after which Stephanie cooked up the pastas with 4 different sauces and served us all. We ate well! All in all a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it. E&E

Chef Steph rocks! Her class is the perfect experience either as a date or a friend or family group. Chef Steph's teaching style is so entertaining, but she also was attentive to all our questions and made sure we got to really participate as much as we wanted - you can be hands on, or just observe. We did the pasta class and it was so much fun! DELICIOUS. She is really a talented chef. I took the recipe home and was able to recreate it using her class tips and take home guide, too. We are looking forward to doing another class with her!
