Cooking Class - Decorative Bûche de Noël Cake
Top your dessert tray with this European classic, a winsome wintertime cake custom-made for Christmas.
There's no better confection to bring magic to your holiday table than the yule log in this hands-on cooking class. You'll create a French favorite to take home and enjoy. Bake a classic sponge filled with Italian-style mocha buttercream and learn how to roll it into a perfect log. Frost and decorate to resemble a real log, complete with sugared cranberries and marzipan pine cones.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
