Cooking Class - Paleo Perfect Dinner

Learn how to prepare a Paleo lamb or halibut menu with Chef V!

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef V will show you how to prepare an elegant meal featuring a menu free of grains, gluten and dairy. At the end of class, you'll all sit down to enjoy incredible fare using only the finest ingredients.

After crafting a gorgeous butter lettuce salad, you'll make either a garlic and herb-encrusted lamb or white fish infused with citrus. Don't forget the juicy roasted asparagus! You'll end the class with gourmet dark chocolate-covered organic fresh strawberries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
