We had a great time with Chef Stacy! She was personable, flexible, and very adaptable to our unique dietary concerns and making the menu the best fit for our situation. We cooked Boozy Hot Chocolate and 3 different types of chocolate barks. I learned how to make bark and will do so in the future.

Our office booked a cooking class with Chef Stacy to celebrate the holidays and whipped up hot chocolate and various chocolate barks. The recipes were easy to follow and fit within a perfect amount of time to accommodate our workday (1.5 hours).
