We had a great time with Chef Stacy! She was personable, flexible, and very adaptable to our unique dietary concerns and making the menu the best fit for our situation. Our meal was delicious, we had fun making it, learned some new things, and the experience was memorable. The kitchen was left spotless, and we would definitely take another class again. There were 5 of us in the class, and we all had a wonderful experience with Chef Stacy! The Thai dishes we made along with the Mai Tai, were really delicious and loved that it was flexible enough to improvise and add substitute ingredients. We were able to incorporate shrimp or chicken. Chef Stacy made everything very easy and fun to do. Loved starting the class with Mai Tai's, I think that was a great way to get everyone feeling comfortable. I would most definitely do another class with Chef Stacy, and I highly recommend this Thai dish. It's very forgiving when it comes to how it's prepared, so you don't have to feel pressured in exact measurements etc. I would make this recipe again on my own.
