Ingredients from the Mediterranean meet the island of Puerto Rico in this engaging cooking class led by Chef Iliana. You'll learn the techniques to combine these two cuisines through four flavorful dishes.
Begin the class by creating savory grape leaves filled with aromatic sofrito. Next, learn how to expertly grill lamb chops you've marinated in a za'atar sofrito with mashed yuca and plantains and sofrito-infused Greek yogurt on the side. For dessert, give decadent Mediterranean baklava a Puerto Rican twist with a mango compote.
