In this interactive cooking class, Chef Teresa presents modern interpretations of classic dishes from across Asia. Learn how to prepare a quintessential Thai peanut sauce, roll colorful sushi and create a nourishing matcha dessert.
Begin in Thailand with bright spring rolls and a savory dipping sauce. Next, practice your Japanese sushi techniques with a smoked salmon roll and prepare an umami-rich sauce for hearty soba noodles. For dessert, play with flavors and textures as you pair earthy matcha and fresh strawberries in a unique chia pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We thoroughly enjoyed our in-home cooking experience with Chef Teresa! Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. We found Teresa very easy to communicate with when we were in the planning stages, and we were impressed by her preparedness when she arrived at our home on the day of our event. Teresa shared her culinary expertise all throughout the meal preparation, and everything about our Mediterranean dinner tasted absolutely delicious! Before she left, Teresa tidied up our kitchen and left us with very satisfied tastebuds and full hearts after a very delightful evening!

Teresa was very professional but also friendly. The meal she prepared was fabulous! My boys and I truly enjoyed the evening. Thank you!! I gave her a tip before she left but here is a little more.

With an extensive background in preparing creative, plant-based entrées and desserts, Chef Teresa carries a true passion for inspiring others to indulge in healthy meals. For the past eight years, she has worked as a personal chef specializing in this niche, and she is also able to incorporate fish and poultry into her menus. Having worked with diabetics and celiac patients in the past, Chef Teresa is well-versed in specialty diets.
