Step up your pasta game with this intermediate course in preparing a delicious Italian dinner.

Learn how to create advanced versions of traditional Italian pasta in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jordan. With his expert guidance, you'll take pasta supper to delicious new levels, with toppings, sides and dessert included.

Begin with a fresh salad featuring classic greens topped with herbs, seasonal vegetables and homemade vinaigrette. Then, create two handmade pastas with authentic sauces: Pappardelle with a zesty arrabbiata sauce and cappelletti filled with ricotta and topped with pesto you'll make from scratch.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
