Relish in the savory flavors of Korean BBQ on a freshly baked pizza.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Melissa utilizes rich Korean flavors to prepare a hearty pizza from scratch. She will guide you through the process to ensure that your final menu meets expectation.

Begin with a classic Korean dish of marinated cucumbers for a fresh start. Next, you will work with flour and yeast to create a Korean BBQ pizza with kimchi, sesame seeds, Sriracha aioli and scallions. End class on a sweet note by preparing chocolate sesame cookies with a rich caramelized milk filling.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was such an amazing experience and the food was delicious. I was nervous and intimidated at first and Chef Melissa made everything so easy to learn. I have already made the pot stickers again!
