In this cooking class, Chef Afreen will show you how to create a classic North Indian meal with a contemporary twist! She will serve you a variety of courses including hand-rolled meatballs in an onion compote, a delectable zucchini dish, a perfectly spiced yellow split-pea and squash plate, a beautiful basmati rice pilaf, a refreshing cucumber carpaccio with yogurt, and homemade coriander chutney. To conclude, Chef Afreen will bring out a delicious seasonal fruit dessert.
This meal is both well-balanced and delicious, introducing you to new flavors from another corner of the world. In the California style, Chef Afreen works with seasonal ingredients but incorporates classical aromas and flavors.
Guests will have the opportunity to take part in preparing some of the dishes while learning extensively from the chef. Guests are also welcome to bring their own wine to accompany the dinner.
