Learn to cook a refreshing, homemade Italian meal with Chef Ali!
In this Italian cooking class, Chef Ali will teach you how to prepare a delicious four-course meal. He will start out with delicious grass-fed beef meatballs with chickpeas, followed by a classic table side Caesar salad mixed with a tasty homemade Caesar dressing and croutons.
For the main entrée, he will show you how to cook a beautiful Wild Alaskan salmon dish atop a mouthwatering bed of sugar peas, white corn, and brussels sprouts.
To finish off the meal right, Chef Ali will help you prepare a refreshing, light dessert consisting of fresh, organic strawberries and fresh mint with a balsamic aceto vinegar. This cooking class will leave you not only full of delicious food, but ready to prepare the five star food for all of your friends and family!

We loved it! This was the best cooking class we have had so far. Chef Ali is knowledgable, kind and the food was really tasty. Can't recommend him and Cozymeal enough.

Chef Ali is so friendly and such a fantastic chef. He plated everything beautifully as if it was second nature. When you talk to him you can tell he has a wealth of knowledge from working all over the world and on both sides of the country. His dishes are both delicious and perfectly composed!

Chef Travels to You
Chef Ali was born near the Mediterranean Sea and was inspired by the great seafood off the coast. He attended cooking school in Turkey and then worked for a cruise line where he learned about cuisines from all over the world. Chef Ali later moved to New Jersey and opened a popular Italian restaurant. Drawn to the wonders of fresh Californian ingredients, he then headed west and opened a farm-to-table restaurant in Napa. Chef Ali is now excited to cook with you in the Bay Area!
