Create the flavors of Thailand’s street food favorites with this robust menu by Chef Jared.

In this interactive cooking class, you'll learn how to use traditional Thai ingredients to craft homemade versions of the country’s most beloved street food dishes. Chef Jared will guide you as you prepare fresh curry paste and practice cooking in a traditional wok.

Begin with savory grilled chicken satay and peanut dipping sauce followed by a green papaya salad with a kick of Thai chilies. Next, cook up vibrant curry along with Thailand’s most iconic dish: Pad Thai. For dessert, combine tropical flavors for coconut and mango sticky rice.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Grilled Chicken Satay

With coconut milk, turmeric, ginger and peanut dipping sauce

With fish sauce, carrots and Thai chili lime dressing

Thai Curry and Vegetables

With ginger, lemongrass, Thai basil, lime leaf and coconut milk

Highly recommended! Very reasonably priced. The food was absolutely amazing. Jared was on time, professional, and very accommodating. He cleaned, dried, and put away all cooking items he used. He even swept the floor and cleaned the cooktop and microwave! His guacamole was amazing as well.

I absolutely 100% will use this service again! I loved the entire experience! I scheduled Jared for my team dinner in my apartment, tiny space but big flavor! He made the best meal! My staff was happy, I was happy... and I got to enjoy my guests and have fun and having a restaurant style meal in my home, it was probably one of the coolest experiences I've had. Can't wait to have him back!

Outstanding food and service by Chef Jared! We had so much fun, were very impressed and could not stop eating! The flavors were amazing and the ingredients super fresh! Some of the best tasting food we've ever had. None of us will ever be able to order Shrimp Pad Thai at a restaurant again!
