WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create these delicate French pastries completely from scratch for a bite-sized sweet treat.
Learn how to bake the timeless French macaron in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jennifer will teach you how to make the perfect meringue and ganache to create desserts that are as gorgeous as they are sweet.

You'll make three dozen macarons with your choice of flavors. Begin the class by learning how to make the perfect crispy macaron shells in vanilla, chocolate or strawberry, and different decadent ganache fillings, including limoncello, blueberry jam and raspberry jam. Then, combine them to make customized homemade macarons.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
