Cook up and enjoy a meal inspired by Italy with your special someone.

The rustic spirit of Italian cuisine shines through in this cooking class with Chef Kelsie. She'll help you prepare a selection of alluring Old World dishes in a menu meant for sharing.

Begin by topping homemade Italian bread with juicy tomatoes and basil for fresh bruschetta. Learn to create your own pasta from scratch and prepare grilled chicken and creamy sauce to top it with. Cook up tender lemon butter garlic broccoli to serve on the side, then assemble a traditional tiramisu with fresh whipped cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Bought this as a gift for my parents. They loved the food and said Chef Kelsie was really nice! However, we were all a bit disappointed that the food was served all at once, rather than individual courses like we expected from the description, which would have made it more of an experience. Also, she used our kitchen utensils/pots/etc, which is not a problem but surprised us. The main issue we had is that she left some dishes unwashed, and my parents then had to wash them at the end (not what you want when you pay this much!). Many things differed from the description here on Cozymeal, so double check timing with her.
