Alex arrived on time and was very upbeat and pleasant. He had good insight with this menu and ran our time together like a well oiled machine. I would recommend this menu and Alex! Thank you, B&B

Chef Alex did a wonderful job at explaining all the details of making the meal. He was very thorough and patient. At the end of the class, we were left with an amazing meal while he cleaned the kitchen. We will definitely used what we learned for future meals! We received Cozy Meal experience as a gift. We weren't sure what to expect. Inviting a stranger in our home to teach us cooking techniques while cooking a 5-course meal seemed so unorthodox. However, what a treat it was. Chef Alex was very friendly, and he adapted well to our kitchen area. We started with making a bolognese. Once that was in the oven, we made ricotta! It tasted amazing. I will be making it again. We roasted tomatoes and pancetta and enjoyed a delicious bruschetta with an arugula salad and a homemade vinaigrette. This was followed by making our own pasta, cooking it, and smothering it with the bolognese. For dessert, we enjoyed a caramel custard that tasted like werther's caramels. The whole menu is Chef Alex's own creation. This was a meal we would order at a nice restaurant. Very delicious and now we can make it at home for ourselves. I also want to add that my 9 year old granddaughter joined in on the fun. Chef Alex was very patient with her and took extra time to explain the process with her. I didn't expect her to eat much of the meal, but she ate some of all of it, including the arugula salad. Overall, we were very pleased and would do it again thanks to Chef Alex.

Chef Alex was fantastic! He answered all our questions and explained the process thoroughly so that we actually learned some new tips. He also was just a truly fun human to be around and we ended up with a delicious meal. Highly recommend!

Alex was great! He was so knowledgeable with all things cooking, and indulged any questions we had. It was a full night of cooking, but he split up the courses and made it feel very relaxing. Will definitely be doing this again in the future!

We had the absolute best time with Alex and have already started saving for another class! We are a young couple and very new to cooking and Alex was an incredible teacher and chef. We would have been so intimidated to make any of these foods on our own, but Alex showed us just how attainable it can be. We learned so much and can't stop talking about how yummy the menu was. 100% recommend taking a class with Alex!

Chef Alex made our work Christmas party perfect! His food was excellent, he even added in a special plate and did a great job of communicating throughout our event. Chef Alex was great. Very nice and personable and gave great direction on what we were doing. The meal cam out great and while we ate, he cleaned everything. Definitely above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely do this again and hope we could request the same chef!

Alex is a wonderful chef and teacher. His recipes are unique, easy to follow and delicious. He is a very patient teacher and gives a lot of helpful cooking tips as he teaches.
