You'll learn the secrets behind Chef Dennis' signature fluid technique in this engaging cooking class. Your new cooking skills will be the foundation that allows you to mix cuisines.
You'll begin the class by making a crispy, toasted crostini from a French baguette topped with basil, tomatoes and garlic, then drizzled with a sweet balsamic glaze. The main course features a savory chicken madeira teeming with mushrooms, onions and asparagus, followed by a fresh antipasto salad featuring pepperoni, artichokes, banana peppers and black olives. For dessert, add a twist to classic coffee tiramisu with chocolate chips.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dennis, who graduated with a degree in culinary foundations from the Auguste Escoffier Culinary Institute, has over a decade of experience working in catering and in kitchens at a variety of establishments. His culinary pursuits have opened the door to a variety of roles, including line lead, lead cook, sous chef and general manager. A master in menu curation, Chef Dennis brings a high energy yet determined focus into every kitchen endeavor.
