Create buckwheat blinis served with smoked salmon, caviar and crème fraîche for your starter. Then, learn authentic French culinary techniques for preparing chicken Chardonnay, green beans infused with nutty brown butter and mashed potatoes with gruyère and garlic. Try out your baking talents with an authentic crème brûlée for dessert.
