Cooking Class - Hand-Rolled Chocolate Truffles 101

Make and enjoy decadent homemade chocolate with Chef Ashley.

In this hands-on class, Chef Ashley will teach you how to use single-origin chocolate to make three different types of artisan truffles from scratch. You'll also learn about the history of chocolate and sample three different kinds originally from Mexico.

You will tour Chef Ashley's micro-batch chocolate room and learn about the different tools and equipment used to make craft chocolate. Then, move on to the truffle-making process and create single-origin dark chocolate ganache truffles using the chef's handmade chocolate. This gluten-free class can also accommodate vegans.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ashley's passion and skill for chocolatiering is phenomenal! She did a wonderful job of explaining the depths of quality chocolate making and provided a wonderful truffle making experience that was so simple and delicious. I am sure to remember this class for years to come.
