Learn Thai cooking with Chef Aom, the Paleo way!
In this Thai cooking class, Chef Aom will show you how to make a series of fantastically flavorful dishes that are also Paleo! She'll teach you how to make Gai Yang, a Thai grilled chicken dish marinated in the delicious flavors of Thailand. She'll also show you how to cook Tom Kha Gai soup with chicken and mushrooms. Everything will be served with a cauliflower 'rice' dish -- the perfect Paleo pairing.
Chef Aom will provide a Thai dessert to conclude the meal. This is the class to join if you want to learn how to make hearty, flavorful Paleo dishes, Thai-style!

Chef Aom's Thai curry is some of the best I've had. I've only ever attempted green curry with paste I buy from the store, so learning how it can be done completely from scratch was so eye-opening! Chef Aom uses a mortar and pestle and even grows her own kaffir lime leaves! Such a cool experience and such a perfect balance of flavor and spiciness.
Meet your chef
Chef Aom started learning to cook on her own through books, videos, and blogs. Later she attended the CCA in SF as well as Thai cooking school in Thailand. She creates her own Thai dishes completely from scratch and is also well-versed in Southeast Asian cuisine. She looks forward to hosting you and teaching you the wonders and flavors of Thai cooking!
