Transport yourself to the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jordan where you'll learn how to make and relish in a variety of Greek-inspired dishes that involve frying, baking and handling fresh seafood.

Begin with an appetizer of crispy zucchini fritters with a side of homemade tzatziki sauce for dipping. Then, prepare perfectly baked white fish and a Mediterranean orzo salad brimming with olives, feta cheese and fresh tomatoes. Your meal will end with a freshly baked lemon olive oil cake topped with whipped mascarpone and fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I hired Jordan for my boyfriend's surprise birthday dinner and it was such a lovely experience. Jordan was professional, personable and extremely organized from beginning to end. It was a lot of fun being able to create a personalized menu and Jordan was very helpful throughout the entire process. Jordan's food was phenomenal, even better than most restaurants. The food was fresh, flavorful and unique...might I add the homemade dark chocolate brownies were the best I've had. I couldn't recommend Jordan enough and would love to hire her again for another event. I promise you won't be disappointed.
