In this Thai cooking class, you will learn how to create authentic dishes that are staples in Thailand and some of the most popular among locals!
To start, Chef Aom will provide an appetizer and then teach you how to create Pad Kra Praw Gai Kai Dao, a stir-fried chicken dish with spicy garlic sauce and Thai basil, topped with a crispy fried egg. It's a favorite among Thai locals. She'll also show you how to whip up a fantastic version of the indispensable Nam Pla Prik sauce to go along with the dish.
