Join Chef Monica in this unique vegan cooking class. You’ll learn to make a satisfying plant-based brunch that’s bursting with flavorful ingredients.

Create a crispy garden salad with greens, handmade croutons and a scratch-made dressing combining creamy avocado and macadamia nuts. You’ll also prepare a flavorful meatless pepperoni pizza with your choice of vegan mozzarella, Parmesan, blue cheese, or cheddar. End your meal with a sweet and silky vegan chocolate ice cream with sea salted caramel, a swirl of chocolate and maple syrup butter.

We went over on time, but had a great experience learning how to make various doughs from scratch! I loved that we learned the whys and didn’t just follow recipes so there’s more understanding behind it all.

My husband and I loved this experience. Chef Monica was super knowledgeable and so interesting to talk to, I mean that in the best way possible. The food was delicious and we learned so much about different types of flour and information about gluten. We made gnocchi with truffle Gouda, profiteroles, tart tatan and dough for naan. Chef Monica fed us bruschetta and vegan chocolate ice cream. This was just a treat. Delightful experience. Thank you for the sourdough starter!!
